Drush is a very handy tool for doing mundane site-management tasks.
Due to the extensive caching in Drupal, it is often necessary to clear your caches.
To do so, go to any location within the Drupal directory structure and type:
drush cc all
To clear your page cache:
drush cc cache_page
To clear the routing and menu cache:
drush cc cache_menu
